Our Services

    • Quick Turn (12-24hr turnover) -$75–$125

      • Includes: sweep/vacuum, mop, dusting, wipe surfaces, restock essentials (toilet paper, hand soap, trash liners), laundry prep, trash removal

    • Prices and cleaning times may vary depending on size and condition (studio-2br pricing)

    • Standard Clean (24–48 hour window) — $95–$160

      • Includes everything in Quick Turn plus: cleaning full bathroom, full kitchen

      • Price depends on size and number of bathrooms

    • Deep Clean — $180–$350

      • Full-service deep clean: baseboards, inside windows, detailed kitchen appliance cleaning, grout and tile attention, full furniture dusting, under-bed and behind-appliance cleaning

      • Recommended quarterly or after long guest stays; price based on square footage and condition

    • Turndown (strip beds, make beds, with provided linens) — $15 per bed

    • Laundry wash/dry/fold (linen wash only) — $40

    • Oven deep clean — $25–$50

    • Refrigerator clean — $20–$40

    • Balcony/patio tidy — $15–$30

    • Pet hair removal (extra treatment) — $25–$60

    • Stain Removal $15 per

    • Extra bathroom — $15–$30 per bathroom

    • Extra bedroom — $12–$25 per bedroom

    • Late access fee (after-hours) — $35–$75

    • Emergency same-day service — 20% surcharge on chosen package

    • Supply restock kit (toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap, coffee pods) — $35per kit +

    • Recurring weekly cleanings: 10% off standard rates

    • Recurring biweekly: 5% off

    • Monthly bundle includes 4 standard + 1 deep cleaning.

  • Minimum charge: $75

  • Travel fee may apply outside standard service area

  • Cancellation policy: 24-hour notice required to avoid 50% service charge
